The power in knowing your own voice on the journey to regaining mental health

1. Take time to be alone for the sake of reflection and reconnecting with your inner person.

2. Learn to know your own voice. How do you do that? List down things you do to please other people, things you do that please you, and things you do simply because you are functioning on autopilot. Study these things and release the things that no longer serve you.

3. Surround yourself with people that bring out the best in you, people that motivate and support your dreams and provide you with constructive feedback not criticism.

4. Seek therapy and council, we all need someone to just talk to.

5. Take care of your health, exercise, drink water, get enough sleep and try get in a balanced diet.
